FlashClaw ("we", "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the FlashClaw mobile application.
By using the App, you agree to the data processing methods described in this policy.
Information We Collect
1. Account Information
- Google Account info (name, email) for authentication
- Unique User Identifier (UID)
2. Conversation Data
- Your chat messages are processed in real-time and NOT stored permanently.
- Conversations are deleted from the server after processing.
- We DO NOT use your conversations for AI training.
3. Usage Data
- Credit consumption records, feature usage patterns, and model preferences.
4. Device Information
- Device type, OS version, App version, and crash reports.
Data Storage & Security
All communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Firebase Authentication provides industry-standard security. Each user session is fully isolated in a backend sandbox.
Third-Party AI Services
FlashClaw processes your messages using third-party AI providers to generate responses. By using the App, you consent to the following data sharing practices:
What Data Is Shared
- Your chat messages (text content you send to the AI agent)
- Attached images when using the vision/image analysis feature
Who Receives Your Data
Depending on which AI model you select, your data may be processed by one of the following third-party providers:

How We Protect Your Data
- All data is transmitted via encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
- Your messages are routed through our secure proxy server β they are never sent directly from your device to third-party providers
- Conversations are not stored permanently and are deleted after processing
- We do not use your data for AI model training, and we require the same commitment from our providers
Your Consent
Before using the App's AI features, you will be asked to review and consent to this data sharing. You may stop using the AI features at any time if you no longer wish to share data with these providers.
Analytics & Crash Reporting
We use the following Google Firebase services to improve the App and fix issues:
- Firebase Analytics β Collects anonymized usage data (feature usage, model selection, session duration) to help us improve the App. No chat content is collected. β Privacy Info
- Firebase Crashlytics β Automatically collects crash reports (stack traces, device model, OS version) to help us identify and fix bugs. β Privacy Info
You can disable analytics collection in the App's settings. Crash reporting helps us maintain App stability and cannot be individually disabled.
Advertising
FlashClaw displays optional rewarded video ads powered by Google AdMob that allow you to earn free credits.
- Ads are opt-in only β they are never shown unless you choose to watch one
- AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization and measurement
- You can manage ad personalization in your device's privacy settings
