Introduction

FlashClaw ("we", "our", "the App") is an AI agent mobile application that provides intelligent assistance through various AI models. By accessing or using FlashClaw, you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use FlashClaw.
• A Google or Apple account is required for authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

Credits & Purchases

Credit System

FlashClaw uses a credit-based system where credits are consumed per AI message sent. Different AI models require different amounts of credits.

Purchases & Refunds

• All purchases of credits or subscriptions are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store.
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policies.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play or App Store account settings.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing for credits, consumables, or subscriptions at any time. Active subscriptions will maintain their original pricing until renewal. We will provide reasonable notice of price changes.

Acceptable Use

When using FlashClaw, you agree NOT to:

• Engage in any illegal activities or violate any laws
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or manipulate the credit system
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to abuse the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App to generate spam, malware, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The FlashClaw brand, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your conversations and data. We do not use your conversations for AI training or share them with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., sending messages to AI model providers).

Limitation of Liability

FlashClaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the App will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of FlashClaw is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for AI response accuracy. AI models may generate incorrect, biased, or harmful content. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.
• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Unused credits and active subscriptions are subject to the refund policies of Google Play or App Store.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Posting a notice in the App (for significant changes)

Your continued use of FlashClaw after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
